The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t expect a whole ton.

The coffee table was damaged, 2 of the 3 plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a major improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it's unhappy to determine it getting run down. I Unquestionably loved the area, but if improvements are usually not made would not lease house all over again. We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most in the time we have been there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a good deal to perform while in the cannabis-news rain, so make a backup plan just in the event.
I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for adults who want to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it again or advise it to a colleague.
